ANNOUNCEMENT

The United States Department of the Treasury advised that the Underwriting Limitation for The Guarantee Company of North America USA has been increased to $13,252,000 effective July 1, 2011. This increase enables us to increase our capacity to issue bonds for contractors bidding on federal projects as well as other projects which may specify a "T Limit" requirement. The Guarantee Company of North America has acess to other vehicles that provide the ability to write bonds that require a T Limit above our $13,252,000 limit.
