The Guarantee Company of North America is sad to announce the passing on Monday evening April 6, 2009 of Jay Scribner, Vice President of Surety Operations, of our USA subsidiary, The Guarantee Company of North America USA.

Jay was a very key and integral part of the success and development of GCNA USA over his three and half years of employment. The entire team of The Guarantee Company of North America USA will miss his leadership and guidance.

Everyone at both The Guarantee Company of North America and The Guarantee Company of North America USA extends their condolences to Jay’s wife Carroll and their family at this difficult time.
