If you are not going to put the image in the same folder as your page, then you must edit the code as follows:

If you have your webpage in a folder names "insurance" and inside that folder you have a folder for your images called "images" where you keep your images. Edit the code where you see the img src followed by the gif filename. Add images/ in front of the filename:

change to:       <img src="images/tinylogo.gif" width="...
